In addition to our standard screening schedule, Star Cinema offers private screening events to suit many occasions. Enhance your next training session, AGM, team building exercise, social club event etc. with a boutique cinema experience. We've even had successful marriage proposals!

Private daytime screening - includes:

• exclusive use of the entire cinema (seats 181) for your event. 
• Staff to run event.
• Your choice of film – subject to availability.
• Film distribution costs.
• Use of commercial kitchen (by the caterer of your choice).
• Option to have snack bar open – price of snack bar items and separate billing on application.
• Available Monday to Wednesday – subject to availability.

Cost: starting at $2200 (variable depending on length of event and film distributor costs)

Balcony (exclusive use) – includes:

• Exclusive use of our balcony for up to 94 of your guests at any of our regular screenings.

Cost: $1100

Balcony Soiree - includes:

• Exclusive use of our balcony for up to 94 of your guests at any of our regular screenings.
• Pre-film drinks in the grand setting of the Eaglehawk Council Chambers.
• We provide a bar for your exclusive use.
• Use of commercial kitchen (by the caterer of your choice).
• Staff to run the bar.
• You may put a tab on the bar which can be invoiced separately.

Cost: $1600

School screening – includes:

• exclusive use of the entire cinema (seats 181) for your event. 
• Staff to run event.
• Your choice of film – subject to availability.
• Film distribution costs.
• Option to have snack bar open – price of snack bar items and separate billing on application.
• Available Monday to Wednesday – subject to availability.

Cost: starting at $11 per attendee or $1100 whichever is the greater – i.e. min. $1100 

Use of other spaces within Eaglehawk Town Hall for a variety of functions.
